Asharqia Chamber organizes Tuesday monthly meeting for businesswomen
Asharqia Chamber, represented by the Women's Empowerment Center, organized a monthly Tuesday meeting for businesswomen through video calling on the evening of Tuesday 9 February 2021.
The guest of the meeting, Dina bin Abdullah Al-Ajaji, Managing Director of the Pioneering National Academy (LNA), spoke about the interaction of the women’s business sector in the Eastern Region with all that is new in the education and training sector, as the sector interacts with various training initiatives and programs to improve its services, develop its work mechanism, and keep pace with updates holding in the world.
Al-Ajaji clarified the goals of the Academy that seeks to achieve its vision of leadership in diversifying job opportunities and working to diversify the skills of the Saudi female workforce through training that is characterized by sophistication and flexibility and is consistent with the general economic orientation, pointing to several programs and diplomas offered by the Academy that specialize in managing a chain supply, occupational health, and safety, business administration, chemical laboratory technology, building quality inspection, and electricity technology, pointing out that its programs are approved and supported by the competent authorities such as the Human Resources Development Fund "Hadaf" and the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training.
Al-Ajaji indicated that the Academy has implemented 45,000 training hours for 372 trainees in different specialties, stressing that the training stands on the list of concerns of individuals and companies, in line with the efforts of the state, may God protect it, to improve the educational process and enter new specializations in the education sector as well as the local market in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 Therefore, it is imperative for everyone to develop their tools to keep pace with these changes.
